The Company has a well organized Quality Control department of 40 qualified, experienced and trained persons. The major functions of the department are to inspect and test all the incoming, in process and finished materials. Complete identification, traceability and inspection status are maintained at each of the above stages.

All the incoming materials are checked according to laid down procedures for acquiring right material to manufacture specified products. At each stage of manufacturing, Quality Control Inspectors are engaged to ensure only defect free materials are produced. By identifying non-conforming products, actions are taken to prevent recurrence of defects as a continuous process of improvement. Finally, each product goes through final inspection before being shipped.
