In order to keep pace with continuous markets growth and to become self oriented , KHK Scaffolding & Formwork LLC has set up a new pipe manufacturing and a Galvanising Plant within the factory premises.
The raw material , Hot Rolled Coils is imported from Germany , Russia , Iran and Ukraine.
The pipe manufacturing unit has modern production facilities in keeping with its image as a reliable and quality conscious supplier. The pipe manufacturing plant uses the latest high frequency induction welding technology and has a capacity of 60,000 metric tones per annum. While the galvanizing plant has an installed capacity of 36,000 metric tones per annum.
The products manufactured includes steel tubes of ½” to 4” diameter in thickness to 1.5 to 6 mm diameter. The Hot dipped galvanizing process is undertaken in a fully automated galvanizing plant for all the above sizes. The galvanizing pipes are individually steam blown and chromated.
The company manufactures pipes as per British Standards (BS) , American Standards (ASTM) , German Standards (DIN) , Japanese Standards (JIS) , Etc. However , the company also specializes in producing customers – specific products. It caters to tailored – made requirements in terms of length and thickness of the tubes and pipes.
